It tastes better than it looks




Ingredients:

Zucchini
Ground Beef or Turkey (beef is better in this)
Tomato sauce

Optional:

Parmesan cheese
Chipotle olive oil on top
Herbs such as basil and oregano


Directions:

Peel the zucchini or leave the peel on (if you leave it on the zucchini turns out a bit less watery)
Use a blender slicer attachment to get even size slices or use a spiralizer to make spaghetti style noodles
Spread out onto a baking sheet and cook in oven until tender
Heat tomato sauce on stove
Cook beef or turkey in separate frying pan
Combine ingredients

Cool.
We tried konica noodles. Its very low carb and keto friendly. Have to rinse thoroughly before using it. After that it tastes like a regular noodle.

konjac

I’ve found Soybean spaghetti to be very tasty.  I don’t mind the konjac but it’s more of an "ok" for me.  The soybean I actually like.

I like Konjac noodles. They have some good prebiotic effect too and NO CARBS. I remember feeling awful after every time I ate regular wheat based spaghetti. Bloated, brain fog, low blood sugar a couple hours or so later
