Need some wise counsel as to timing for me to start the treatment for SIBO/SIFO
I had planned to start the treatment tomorrow. However, I leave for a hiking trip to Sicily in 6 weeks. I need to make sure the protocol does not cause a temporary weakening of my immune system which has been tested severely in recent months. I contracted malaria in Madagascar in November.  After barely recovering for it I began an intensive 2 month heavy metal detox due to mercury toxicity plus had all my fillings removed & replaced by a biological dentist. A few days after completing the heavy metals detox I left for a 2 week trip to India. I developed  the flu 2 days after my return home.  I’ve recovered from the flu but still have not gotten my endurance back. Sorry for all the verbiage but due to my illnesses & traveling long distances ( which always takes a lot out of me) I want to make sure the protocol will not weaken my immune system any more than it already is. Need my immune system to be ramped up in 6 weeks.

If the travel warning remains at a level 2 we still plan to go. However, if it reaches a level 3 we will certainly cancel the trip.
