Posted: 12/24/2019 5:50:19 AM   A few years back before keto & Undoctored, my blood glucose was over 300 mg/dL most of the day, injecting 200+ units of insulin per day, eating SAD diet. Now I wake recently with 75 mg/dL without any insulin at all.  Still on 1500mg of Metformin ER but eventually might be able to get off of that.  My blood glucose has been peaking in the 80’s mg/dL lately.. so my average for the day is in the low 80’s.  Looking forward to my first A1C under 5%.   Should be like 4.8 or 4.9% I figure.  Coming from over A1C 10%.
