I just purchased the food marble Aire device & am not really sure how to use it. Do I start in the morning & then after I eat?

I searched for information & couldn’t find much.

Any rise in breath H2 beyond 3 hours is almost certainly colonic fermentation, Lissy, and not SIBO.

No one knows what to do with the colonic fermentation values yet.

I’m not sure whether the carbonic acid content of soda water would be sufficient to generate a false-positive H-2 response, but it would be helpful to avoid the soda water during testing efforts just in case.
