The suggestion is to take from 1 to 1 and 1/2 grams per day for lowering blood sugar, lowering insulin, for establishing good gut flora ...and weight loss. It’s supposed to have similar properties to metformin. I read before that if you’re really stuck with your weight metformin is not the bad solution. Of course I’m not going to take any medication for weight loss, but maybe I can fight my leptin resistance with this Berberian. By the way, is it worth testing the serum leptin levels? Any opinions on the subject? Tags:
