Posted: 10/27/2019 4:25:34 PM   Why so many people are supplementing vitamin C? It is not exactly vitamin C...but ascorbic acid only. Why don’t you eat kiwi or red peppers or blueberries? I’m reading so much about vitamin C those days. Some people think it’s absolutely necessary to supplement it, other people not so much. I have decided to buy some, but I’m still not convinced that I should take it. Why I want to put antioxidants in my body? I need my oxygen. Try not to breathe for a while then you see that you needed too... Please convince me either way. Tags:
