This was the first time I got my K1 levels checked and my levels came back very high. They did not check my other vitamin k levels.

I thought the test to take for vitamin K was undercarboxylated osteocalcin.  Level should be low as possible, with over 3.8 ng/mL being high risk. Is there another test?

I know of no adverse consequences of a high vitamin K1 level, Vince.

In fact, we could argue this high level may serve as a marker for health, given its source from green vegetables.
