My wife and I were auto-ship customers of Purity Products a couple years ago when our budget wasn’t as tight as it is today. One of the items we had on regular monthly shipments was their KrillBerry O3. At that time I wasn’t as devoted to taking supplements as I am today so we ended up with extra bottles of the krill oil that were tucked away and I recently discovered.

I have been taking them for two weeks now after finishing my last bottle of fish oil. The oil has a reasonable smell and doesn’t appear to be rancid.

My question is, will the Krill oil be a comparable substitute for fish oil if the levels of EPA and DHA are basically the same?

I have been taking 3 caps per day for a total of 3060mg of O3 blend. I have 3 bottles and at that rate I will have a two month supply.
