Getting ready to make almond flour pizza crust. Researched almonds and now see the omega6:omega 3 ratio is 2011:1.

There is a generous amount of discussion on the forum about almonds and almond flour, including some mixed opinions. My question to the "Undoctored" experts and long time practitioners, is almond flour still the preferred way to go for the Undoctored "bread and pizza dough" in spite of the high omega 6?
Thanks!

@Bob Niland, you can get an attachment for KitchenAid mixer that shreds cheese. Easier if it is frozen, so it is harder, but most cheese doesn’t freeze too hard. This is how I shred.
