Has anyone been diagnosed with loss of knee cartilage so much that the knee is now bone-on-bone and the doctor is recommending a total knee replacement?

And, after this diagnosis, has anyone been able to reverse this condition after faithfully following the Undoctored protocol, to the point where they no longer needed total knee replacement surgery?

If so, how long did it take for the beneficial effects of the UD program to take effect?  Did the knee pain subside and did mobility return?

I believe once you’ve lost the cartilage, it cannot be regrown, right?
