There was a disruption to our email service at contact.innercircle@undoctored.com (our main customer service email address) due to a problem with our domain services provider.  That service has been restored.

All the archived emails were lost at the provider’s site (a major US internet provider) but everything that was received prior to the date of disruption was automatically archived separately on another account.

We apologize for the inconvenience.  If you have sent an email in the last several days and are waiting for a reply please resend it.  Our typical turnaround at this address is 24 hours or less but only if we get your email!
