since I started taking my glucose about 9 months ago or so is that Dr. Mcdoughall was right on this fact....Blood sugar is consistently inconsistent...For instance Friday morning mine was 99 today 112. I ate the exact same thing at the same time for dinner.Last week my morning numbers were so much better then this week. 113,107,103,111,98,112 last week 109,105,99,102,101,97,,98 Mcdoughall used to say one day a persons sugar would be 350, then next day 200, then 150 it would be all over the place. I notice if I take my sugar then take it a minute later on a different finger I can get a 5 to 10 point difference.
This is crazy

One thing I forgot to mention that I’m sure is contributing to my higher morning sugar is that I moved much further from my job so now instead of eating dinner between 7:30 and 8 I’m eating between 8:30 and 9pm

Thanks GDGatz I appreciate the insight..... I’m even more worried about why my CRP went up from 0.1 to 4.1

Well, I’m sure you are familiar with this paraphrase of an old saying:  " Worry in one hand, and *** in the other, then see which one fills up the fastest..  "  :)

Do your best, and keep looking for the silver lining..
