Has anyone else here experimented with topical (transdermal) D instead of oral? I’ve been taking Bio Labs Pro D3 and have raised 5-hydroxy D from low 30’s to 52 in the past few months. When my D levels have dropped previously, I have struggled to get them back into 60’s/70’s range on 20,000IU’s oral D per day, this cream seemed to work more quickly. In part, could also be the sun exposure. Maybe this would be good for others to try who have genetic factors that interfere with oral absorption of D.

Very nice find, Health!

I have no experience with it. But, as long as you can monitor an occasional blood level, it seems you are on safe ground.
