I’d really like to see two new forums added.  Both of these would allow us to find strength through the stories of others and place to share our successes:

1 A success story forum.  A great place to share a personal success story and end results.  Tell us how much you lost or what lab numbers changed, what you struggled with, and how you found your way to health.  This forum represent the results from long term efforts.

2 Non scale victories and struggles.  A great place to share our non-scale victories / struggles such as someone that noticed how good you look, how you passed up an unhealthy food and enjoyed your healthy lunch, or how today was a really hard day because.....    This forum allows us to share our short term personal stories.   

Both of these forums are a better place for us to share our feelings, our personal stories, our victory, our struggles, and everything in between.  Right now, the personal stories appear to be lacking - particularly in terms of sharing our feelings and emotions along the way...........And let’s face the fact that our emotional relationship with food is an instrumental part of this journey.
