Brisk walking not running is the best exercise. Orthopedic surgeon Gary Fettke tweeted that many patients with deteriorating knees, ankles and feet are crumbling under the misapprehension of trying to exercise to lose weight. We know that the best way to lose weight is to eat less food while eating a low carb, grain-free diet. Brisk walking leads to additional weight loss. Tags: Weight Loss
