Got my Mg RBC blood test result back.    It serves as my baseline.  I started Mg Water for the first time, one hour after the blood test.

Magnesium, RBC 5.2 mg/dL
LabCorp reference interval:  4.2-6.8.  Midpoint of reference interval is 5.5.   So I am in the upper bottom half.

I guess I’ll continue drinking 180mg of Mg Water per day for what like 6 months and re-rest?

Dr. Carolyn Dean always use to say to shoot for a RBC level >6.0.

I think Pete said he couldn’t get above 6.0 until he started taking Jigsaw Mag tablets.

So I guess then I have a lot of Magnesium perhaps despite RBC only being 5.2?   My bone density is really good.

Boo, what do you tell your patients to do with respect to diet? Do you suggest any particular books to them?  What’s your specialty again?

Okay I thought I had read that if one has Magnesium deficiency it could cause osteoperosis.  I didn’t have osteoperosis, so I figured that I wasn’t magnesium deficient based on that.  Maybe I recall incorrectly what I read.
