I recently had a heart scan that showed significant increase in calcium over the last year.  I posted this earlier. I have been taking Koncentrated K for several years, one per day.  I recently started taking two per day in hopes of stopping the calcification. In June last year I found that I am especially sensitive to caffeine and I have stopped that which greatly reduced the frequency of the arrhythmias, which I was having rather frequently. Last September I also started taking a natural ACE inhibitor, Peptace, which is supposed to help control heart arrhythmias,  I don't know how the Peptace may have affected the calcium deposition.  I have just been diagnosed with afib, after having a 30-day AF heart-event monitor. During the 10 events recorded, only three of which were automatically triggered, I had one or two that were short spurts of Afib.  Now I am concerned that the high levels of K1 may offset the aspirin and 3750 mg of DHA + EPA that I take.  My doctors warn that I am at greater risk of a stroke and my PCP has suggested that I maybe should be on a blood thinner.  My cardiologist thinks what I am doing is enough, but I'm pretty sure he hasn't looked at the possible interaction of my high K-1 and blood viscosity.  What do we know about the effect of K=1 on blood viscosity?  I'm not concerned with coagulation after a cut, but is that different from blood viscosity?

Here is the event monitor report. Heart Event Monitor Results 042617.pdf  NOte that despite what he says, I never felt "woozy" or did I ever feel lightheaded.  I don't know where that came from.

thanks for any help.

I have sent a similar note to KoncentratedK, ptheut.  Is the INR test the proper one to check on this?
