I've been using Carlson liquid fish oil for 5 years, and I'm happy with the results. I'm now thinking of switching to a  Triglyceride form liquid fish oil. Just wondering if anyone has a recommendation. I'm thinking of trying this.

This is one of the exact brands Dr. Davis recommends in his book, "Wheat Belly Total Health."

Some "experts" say the triglyceride form of fish oil is a superior form to take.
