It's just part of my learning process. ive read comments including both posts here and on the WheatBelly Blog (I think), that even one cheat day, or even one small stray from the program, for example grains, or wheat, can screw you up for weeks and derail you from your goal. I'm curious where that comes from. Is there proof that if I have a slice of bread once a month, I'm creating bad LDL or whatever, for weeks? Or that if I pick the tiny pasta and potato pieces out of a container of minestrone soup, I am leaving traces of wheat behind, or that eating soup that comes in a can is harmful because of the composition of the can? here's  my theory, and it's based on logic, not science, and I admit I don't know a lot.... if I ate tons of carbs - veal Parmesan Heros, Italian bread every night with dinner, chinese food with cornstarch by the ton, ice cream, hosts tests cupkakes twice a week, all of my adult life, and that's what got me here, (I did all those things) and then I cut it all out, but once in a blue moon, say once a month, I had a cheat day, I'm still consuming so much fewer carbs, wheat, grain, sugar , how can I not stop the plaque from continuing to grow at a rapid pace. I've removed 98% of the cause. im sure there is an answer. I'm just curious. If I didn't believe all you guys that the program works for you, I wouldn't be wasting time here trying to learn.  Tags:
