After reading the post and watching the youtube video on boron, I decided I'm going to try it. I'm buying Trace Minerals Liquid Ionic Boron, 6mg, 2 oz . My question is, can I take it an empty stomach or do I need to take with a meal?

Are you using the Boron to bring stability to plaque cap within the arteries? In the plant world, Boron facilitates bringing Ca into all parts of the plant.
