After the first downtime on our new dedicated server we added additional diagnostics that revealed a compatibility problem with some of our old .NET 2.0 code running on our new .NET 4.0 server.  It has to do with a security feature known as "rapid failure protection."  The default setting is 5 failures in five minutes.  We upped this value to 50 until we can locate the problematic code lines.  We apologize again for any downtime as we "ring out" the new server.

If you should ever have a problem you can still access the forum through the Cureality development site (which is written entirely in .NET 4.0 so the error should not occur) at this URL.
