Could be coincidental, but since going on the Cytomel, I am crazy constipated.  (Fairly sure I’m not moving much cholesterol out right now!).  Anyway, I have a fiber drink I’ve used in the past which will solve my issues quite nicely.  In fact, 2 weeks on this stuff will typically drop my LDL 30 points.  As I’ve maintained a Paleo / wheat free diet for 9 months now, I wonder if the ingredients are going to be problematic.  Can you all chime in?

Maltodextrin Fiber, psyllium seed husk, oat fiber, rice bran, inulin, fructooligosaccharides, apple fiber, Lactobacillus acidophilus, green tea leaf extract, grapde seed extract (Vitis vinifera), burdock root powder (Arctium lappa), peppermint leaf powder, ginger root extract, aloe vera leaf extract, licorice root powder.

I’m never sure if oats and rice = wheat.

Thanks in advance,

Krikor

Half bottle of Mag Citrate is an option.  Followed up with 16 oz water.

just listen to the Ben Greenfield podcast.
Krik is talking about monster fiber, not the little be of soluble fiber found incidentally in veg.

Hi Bart, for some reason I hate podcasts.  Can you put it in a nutshell for me?  What is "monster fiber"?

Suntzu, it's all very confusing to me, so I just stayed away from any "grain" over the last 9 months.

I do the same. And don't cook or buy things that look like the products they make.

It was better Saturday, Sunday and today. Hopefully I'm turning the corner?

What kind of Magnesium should I take?  Magnesium Oxide, Citrate as noted above?

MSM helps me and triphala is wonderful. I use magnesium water too and mag lactate. Two big glasses of warm water first thing in the morning helps. Good luck. Sounds miserable:(
