?WASHINGTON (MedPage Today) -- The FDA has expanded the indications for oral lubiprostone (Amitiza) to include constipation in chronic pain patients taking opioids, according to the drug’s manufacturers.

The mag citrate approach is hard to control, Bart.  What I like about the Miralax approach is that you can easily adjust the dose, it mixes quite well with juice, with no taste or thickening of it's own.
