well the vitalife seems to lack enough live DE111 to consistently use as a starter to ferment more liquids, so i am looking for more options.

saukriver; did you, or do you know whether the apple juice needs to be pasteurized? I have raw cider/apple juice, if you could tell me whether needs to be heated or not might save me some trial and errors. Glad to hear from you on this!
