I already have the regular pasturized goats milk on hand. I just put it in the yougurt maker. I’ll let you know in 36 hours!  Then I’ll try it with the powdered version. Thanks everyone.

The results were very thin and runny but still tasted fine. Definitely not close to what I expected. I am going to try your suggestion with Mt.Capra whole powdered, reconstituted with ⅔ of the label water amount.

I tried using powdered Mt. Captain with a little than less 2/3 of the water and it still came out very thin.  It tasted fine just the texture was runny even after in the refrigerator for a couple of days.

I used distilled water. Ive never had a problem with using half n half.  Just the powdered Mt. Capra.
