Posted: 8/28/2025 1:50:58 PM Back to Top   Hi Denise, It appears that you probably got the wrong magnesium test (serum magnesium) rather than the more important RBC magnesium test. That range is 3.7-7.0 mg/dL. The dosage is probably okay. Just get the correct test. Tags:
