Posted: 8/17/2009 2:48:51 PM   My fingers are often stiff and achy. Anyone have any idea (other than arthritis kicking in)? I am playing a lot of golf but am in good golf shape, having played quite a bit for months now. I eat very low carb and get 3500 mg Omega's daily, among other supplements. I would think I would have IMPROVED, not gotten worse. Just aging? (age 55, with CAD) Tags:
