No need to make this harder than it is, EC. 

The differences in fermentation time do not yield meaningful changes in eventual effect. 36 hours at 100 degrees F for most of our ferments works fine.

May I ask about fermenting coconut milk? The original recipe called for a longer ferment time of 48hrs - which always worked well. Does this still apply with the new SIBO recipe and HU58?

Because B. subtilis is a rapid fermenter, you are fine with our standard settings: 36 hours at 100 degrees F.
