Hi Bob,

Thanks, yes I was talking about consuming essential oils according to the Super Gut book recipe: 6 EO drops diluted in one tablespoon of olive oil, once per day.
Is that what you called recipe-ingredient level?

The Clove Green Tea was meant to be a tool to achieve relief during the worst of SIBO and SIFO eradication. 

Because the clove fraction has antimicrobial properties, I would not be comfortable with long-term consumption.
