Hi all,

When fermenting L Reuteri, L Gasseri, and B subtilis separately, I’m following the instructions in the recipes section of the website, namely https://innercircle.drdavisinfinitehealth.com/kitchen_recipe.aspx?col=MIC&rec=145 , https://innercircle.drdavisinfinitehealth.com/kitchen_recipe.aspx?col=MIC&rec=164 , and https://innercircle.drdavisinfinitehealth.com/kitchen_recipe.aspx?col=MIC&rec=150 but I’m not sure about the serving size.  Should I just mix them all, equal parts into a larger container and take 1/2 cup / day?  (or I guess 1/6 cup of each / day)?
