Posted: 4/29/2025 5:38:00 PM   Hi all! I’m interested in making Crispatus yogurt, but I don’t see any instructions for making it. I see a forum post comment linking to https://www.iherb.com/pr/jarrow-formulas-vegan-jarro-dophilus-prenatal-6-billion-cfu-30-veggie-capsules/102531 and https://www.iherb.com/pr/thorne-women-s-daily-probiotic-30-capsules/117164 from 2023.  Is that still the best source?  I also saw mentions of 36 hours and 100ºF, so are the instrutions basically the same as L Reuteri?  Are there any concerns / issue with including that in the diet?  Are there recommendations on dosage?  1/2 cup as with other yogurts?
