What’s wrong with eating as much cheese as you want??  I eat a big slice of some cheese most every day... Is there a problem with that?

What kind of diet were you eating before? Simply doing a low-carb diet prevents blood sugar swings that make you hungry. 

If you were on a low-fat diet, you might have craved cheese for the fat, protein and possibly salt.
