Hi dear Community,

I found a very nice Lucuma Powder ( comes from a fruit ) as a natural sweetener for bread and muffins and so on.
I took a powder from Terra Elements, a brand from Munich in Germany.
It contains the following for 100 grams:

Energy: 306 calories
Fat: 1,1 gram
Carbohydrates: 57,5 grams
Natural sugar: 31,6 grams
Protein: 4 grams

When preparing a bread, stir 1 Tablespoon into a bit of milk, water or other liquid and try if you like the sweetness. Due to higher carbs, do not use too much of it, if you must take care of your weight and blood sugar.

It has a natural sweetness and goes also perfect with natural yoghurt. Just a a small spoonful into your yoghurt, add strawberries oder other fruit 🍉 on hand and enjoy! 😊

I love to figure out more about these natural food powders, also for spicy 🌶️ beef 🥩 meals and for cakes and so on! This is #BobNyland #Hearthawk not a minefield, it is pure fun 🤩 and brings some new ideas to your receipes and kitchen.
