I am looking for some advice on expectations for overall decline in aging related issues or reversing aging issues.
I have an appointment with neurologist next week for disk generation in one disk and bulging in several others, developing arthritic spurs in the cervical spine. I do realize that much of my future improvement is related to exercise and improving muscle and strength in addition to overall health improvement from following the protocols of this group. In addition to dietary changes, limiting carb intake and adding supplements and collagen I also am using contrast therapy (cold plunge and Sauna) daily to help lower inflammation and pain management.
Over the years I have become, let’s just say confidence challenged with the medical industry and certainly not looking forward to neck surgery or living the rest of my life (64 years old) with a mostly fused cervical spine.

My questions are based on overall health improvements from following the protocols and integration of exercise. Is it reasonable to expect any reduction in disk bulging & degeneration, arthritic spurs and other associated pathology with this condition?
2nd Is it overly optimistic to expect any reversal of of these conditions.?
