Posted: 1/4/2025 5:25:47 PM Back to Top   Does Mercola give any indication on grams of protein and grams of fat to take with the 300 g of carbs? I consume somewhere between 300-400 grams per day total (all macros).  It is hard to imagine 300 g of that being liquid carb… Tags:
