Posted: 11/19/2024 6:59:44 PM Back to Top   My first batch with DE-111 b. Subtilis smelled like cheese, like a Roquefort.  Subsequent batches made from the whey thickened nicely and taste is a little more mild and less cheesy than my first batch. Tags:
