Posted: 11/18/2024 6:11:14 PM Back to Top   I am getting a total of 4,200 mg of sodium per day in my drinking water + salting my food. I am drinking 5, 10oz glasses of water a day and using 1/2 tsp (840mg sodium) of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt per each 10oz glass. Tags:
