Just finished a batch of yogurt with the HU58 strain using Camsi’s recipe. I used 2 capsules, 1 Tbsp Inulin and 1 Tbsp NOW brand FOS powder. Fermented at 97 degrees F for 20 hours and it came out picture perfect, no separation just nice & creamy.
