Posted: 7/9/2023 6:19:06 PM Back to Top   OK, Chris was using a LOT more starter than I was - I was using one capsule.  So there is another variable. I can’t do 100° F but I can do 104° F in my instant pot. I’ll give it another try tomorrow. Thanks! Tags:
