Posted: 8/7/2025 3:04:01 PM Back to Top   UPDATE Got my lipids tested after switching from taking fish oil once a day to taking it at every meal and bedtime.  Trigs went from 101 to 68 and now they are 57.  Makes a HUGE difference. Tags:
