"ideally, no rise"

Wouldn’t that mean people are in chronic ketosis following the program?

If there’s no rise in blood glucose after meals (no blood glucose from food getting to cells) than what would the cells be running on?

Your answer doesn’t really make any sense to me, unless maybe there’s some mechanistic step or something I’m missing from the entire picture

Natural1,
This is just an idea. Repeat the same breakfast with no blueberries. Your glucose level might be lower. Some kinds of blueberries have more sugar in them and this might change your glucose response.
