Posted: 4/10/2021 9:09:56 PM Back to Top   I was taking 2000 IU a day to maintain 60+ level.  Last year I started taking 4000 IU a day as a precaution.  Later in 2020 I got tested and my levels were 70+.  I was using it up somehow.   Tags:
