So as an experiment I bought a no carb bagel in shoprite, they are small and actually taste like crap. My sugar seems to go up first hours i’m awake...starting to thunk I need to eat protein in the morning maybe. My sugar was 104 when i took it at 7Am. Then i took it at 8AM and it was 112... then 1 hour after eating bagel it was 122. I started taking Vitamin B complex and it seems its raising my sugar. I read opposing opinions. After the bagel at 8AM I didn’t eat or drink anything and took my sugar its 122....Its always in the 90’s when i fast even 80’s sometimes so I’m thinking maybe the Vitamin B complex I took this morning....so sick of it all and My homocysteine  has been elevated ..I read Vitamin B can lower it.
