Posted: 5/13/2020 8:19:18 PM   I just had some bloodwork done and my vitamin D 25 hydroxy came back at 97 ng/ml. I’ve been taking 5000 IU daily for the last 15 months. This is the first time I’ve tested vitamin D...ever, so I have no idea what it was prior to starting the program. I know we are shooting for 60-70 ng/ml, but am curious if there is a downside to 97? If there are negative effects at that level I’ll back down the dosage and try to get into the sweet spot. Any thoughts? Tags:
