Posted: 3/10/2020 6:08:58 PM   I’m fairly new following Undoctored (although I’ve been grain-free and low carb since June 2018. Regarding Vitamin D, I have been taking 2000 IU in NewChapter Vitamin D3, which is a tablet with questionable ingredients https://smile.amazon.com/New-Chapter-Whole-Food-Adaptogenic-Gluten-Free/dp/B07XZX23YX/ref=sr_1_5?crid=EDRW94GQK73R&keywords=new+chapter+vitamin+d3&qid=1583880227&sprefix=New+chapter+vitamin%2Caps%2C189&sr=8-5.  I’ve also been getting 1250 IU from Nutrafol (only taking half the recommended dose) https://nutrafol.com/women-balance and 1000 IU from the multi pack that I got from my Integrative Medicine doctor https://www.iprogressivemed.com/product/synergy-packs-60-packs-by-ipm/ . Neither of those is in a gel or liquid form (they are capsules). So now I ordered Now Vitamin D-3 (5,000 IU) from the Wheatbelly Marketplace. It says on the bottle to take one every other day. My question is, should I take this for a while before testing my blood level? If so, how much and how long? Or should I just test it now and then decide how much to take? Tags:
