I take Metformin ER and it helps me significantly with my blood glucose.. by 20-25 mg/dL.  I take the max dose of 2000mg.   I need it to keep my A1C below 5.0%.  (And this is eating only 20g net carbs and 80g protein per day.)  Should I suffer from inflammation, extra insulin resistance and glycation from my blood sugar being 125 mg/dL all day,  just by trusting Jimmy’s speculation based on some tests done by a pharmacy which contradict the FDA’s findings?  I think not.

Boo, the "GUESS WHAT JIMMY!?!" was me ranting on Jimmy.. in the same tone and manner he does when he raises his voice ranting in his videos lol.
