There was some interesting talk about boron during the vmeet on 1/23/19. The suggestion that Borax can be taken for the elemental boron it contains should be elucidated here so that aren’t any Borax OD’s. My lower back is riddled with arthritis and if the addition of boron to the K2, D3, and MultiVits could help then I would love to try it...the LE 2perday MV I take (I only take 1/day) already has 3mg (1.5mg for me) of boron...is more better?

I would like to be certain the formula is correct for mixing the borax with water. On the vmeet they mentioned the "20 Mule Team" brand and I would like that clarified if someone could. I found a "food grade" borax product on Amazon that had some mixing capacities in the comment section and wonder if they are correct...one person said - 1 tsp/L of water, take two tsp from that and mix into water bottle 2x/day?

Borax - All Natural Sodium Borate 10 MOL Mineral Powder, 16 Ounce

This is on the 20 Mule Team site: https://www.20muleteamlaundry.com/compare/borax-vs-boric-acid/

Thanks!

I take 3mg of “Triple Boron Complex” every day in addition to “Bone Strength” by NOW, that also has 467 mcg of Boron as Boron Amino Acid Chelate. I take it for my bones.

Toby, your kidneys are fine. You’re right -- it’s the B2. Take a boron supplement without the B2, if it concerns you.

I’ve recently seen that boron is helpful for vitamin D absorption and testosterone levels among other benefits.  But my D levels test on the high side so should I consider reducing my daily D3 (5000IU) before taking boron?
