Posted: 12/16/2019 7:44:54 AM   Is there some trick I’m missing to get my morning glucose under control. I’ve tried so many things before going to sleep.  Everything from eating some protein to ACV to exercise, meditation etc... Today it was 109 ..Yet after meals its usually in the 90’s sometimes low 100’s Ken Tags:
