My wife recently has had a series of ’flutter’ episodes where her heart area doesn’t feel just right.

Yesterday we took her to the ER, did EKG, x ray, blood tests, all came back normal. There were no enzymes showing any heart attack. Everything checked out.

She takes a magnesium powder to help her sleep. Doesn’t do my mg water.

She’s fit, resting heart rate of 50 and has no history of heart issues.

She takes the yogurt I make, and generally eats well.

There are ’life changing’ events going on, 2 kids in college, that could be some of the source of stressors.

Suggestions?

Thyroid issues? Vitamin D issues?
