Posted: 10/27/2008 3:25:43 PM Edited: 10/10/2023 7:37:42 PM (1)   DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT THE EFFETCS OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR (OR RED WINE VINEGAR) ON BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS? i HAVE BEEN READING AND HEARING ABOUT THIS FROM MY ENDOCRINOLOGIST...A TB OR TWO OF THE VINEGAR BEFORE A MEAL HELPS TO PREVENT SOME ABSORPTION OF CARBS..AND THEREFORE DOESNT CAUSE THE EXTREME ELEVATION OF BLOOD SUGAR?? WOULD APPRECIATE ANY FURTHER INFO ON THIS SUBJECT. THANK YOU.
